Past ALSA Events

Thank you to everyone who has participated in past ALSA events and fundraisers!  Without you, our volunteers and PALS, the organization would not be a success.  To see stories, quotes, and photos of the past events, please select one of the following events from the list below.  Thank you for supporting The ALS Association of Greater Los Angeles Area Chapter!

• 2003 Golf Tournament.  Thank you to everyone who came out to the second annual golf tournament at North Ranch Country Club to help the ALSALA raise over $75,000 for continued PALS support and services!
   
• 2003 Walk to D'Feet ALS  The nation-wide "Walk to D'Feet" ALS walk-run in Santa Monica was a smashing success, as the chapter raised over $350,000, and was the chapter's largest fundraising event of 2003!  Over 2000 walkers participated in this event!
   
• 2002 Shooting Clays.  The inaugural shooting clays event went off with a bang (pun intended!).  The event brought out a new group of supporters, volunteers, and PALS and raised over $35,000 for the chapter's activities!  Half of these proceeds were donated to the National Lou Gehrig Challenge for Research.
